About the Role
Palladium is seeking Senior Consultants for a strategic government engagement in Riyadh. This secondment role supports a Royal Court entity across national strategy, performance management, governance, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic initiatives, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and assessments to inform decision-making.
- Engage stakeholders to drive execution, monitor milestones, and report progress.
- Design KPIs and performance management frameworks.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications.
- Support governance activities, including committee coordination and documentation.

Requirements
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting.
- Knowledge of Kaplan & Norton or similar performance management frameworks.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to international relations is a plus.
