Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Human Resources Specialist.
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and personnel management, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
The role involves supporting staff onboarding, handling employee relations, and contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies
Capability to manage Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools
Ability to work collaboratively and support
