Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key responsibility:

(1) Develop investment theses and structure potential deals

(2) Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective investments, build and maintain financial models and conduct valuation analysis

(3) Ongoing monitoring and support of portfolio companies

(4) Develop and maintain relationships with target companies, corporate partners, entrepreneurs, industry executives, and investment professionals, intermediaries and private equity funds, other relevant institutions

(5) Work with and help guide the development of junior investment professionals

Requirement:

(1) Bachelor’s degree in top university, business management, financial, law, engineering background is preferred

(2) CFA is preferred

(3) Minimum 8 years of private equity investment experience in internet, high-tech or consumer sectors and minimum 2 years working experience in MENA area

(4) At least 5 full cycle of investment deals processing expertise is needed, able to properly manage, deliver projects on time, and oversee the full cycle of an investment

(5) Thorough Knowledge of corporate law, IPO regulation, tax regulation etc.

(6) Task-oriented, dependable, and effective interpersonal skills

(7) Hard-working personality, highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, and stress management

(8) Able to collaborate and work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and help guide the development of junior investment professionals

(9) Ability to evaluate and analyze, with the purpose of forming independent investment judgments

(10) Excellent active listening ability, verbal, writing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills

(11) Fluent in English

Key responsibility:

(1) Perform deep dive report of different sectors or investment opportunities, constantly developing and renewing industry / sector knowledge as well as macro and regulatory changes

(2) Monitoring market trends and closely tracking start-up/growth companies to support investment / divestment decisions

(3) Identifying and assessing investment opportunities in companies spanning a wide range of industries

(4) Performing deal evaluation, due diligence, industry / company analysis and financial modelling, drafting investment memo and presenting investment recommendations

(5) Assist in the preparation of materials for quarterly reviews of the portfolios, external investor reports

(6) Work with senior investment team members to source investment opportunities

Requirement:

(1) Bachelor’s degree in top university, business management, financial, law, engineering background is preferred.

(2) Minimum 6 years work experience in Equity research, Investment bank, consultant confirms or private equity and Minimum 2 years work experience in MENA area

(3) Excellent logical and critical thinking and attention to detail, able to identify and summarize key investment considerations and risks. Ability to participate in a constructive review and debate of the merits of an investment and to be challenged on a point of view

(4) Strong analytical insight and spreadsheet modelling skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements

(5) Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

(6) good time-management skills and able to manage multiple priorities and reporting lines

(7) Good communication skills, able to effectively formulate and articulate opinions in English, both verbally and in written form

Responsibilities.

1、 Researching Saudi venture capital related policies and industry dynamics, developing and executing PR communication plans according to the brand strategy.

2、 Assist the PR Director to sort out the fund brand structure, establish the brand and execute related work.

3、 Planning and executing relevant activity programs according to strategic requirements to support strategy implementation.

4、 Develop and maintain media relationship resources, investment cooperation channels and public relations to increase the exposure and reputation of the brand in the domestic and international markets

Requirements.

1、 3 years of experience in funds/media/PR agency, with certain local market media resources.
