Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background and proven experience in epoxy flooring and construction projects. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, and outstanding English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and oversee epoxy flooring and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare project plans, progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Manage site teams, materials, and subcontractors effectively.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Attend client and consultant meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer (experience in epoxy flooring is highly preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge in construction and finishing works (especially flooring systems).
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in epoxy flooring systems, industrial flooring, and car park projects.
• Knowledge of contract management and cost control.
• Familiarity with international standards and specifications.
