Investment Manager Job وظيفة بمسمى مدير استثمار

Title: Investment Manager

Experience: 4 – 6 years

Job description:

· Handle Mergers & Acquisitions transactions

· Perform periodic analysis & performance assessment

· Screen and evaluate – in detail – proposals and investment opportunities

· Prepare financial models and valuation reports

· Prepare financial feasibility studies on newly proposed projects

· Support the legal department on drafting & executing investment related agreements

· Perform business/project development activities towards new projects/opportunities

· Support boards & executive managements of subsidiaries & sister companies in various tasks to ensure proper governance and successful implementation of shareholders’ strategies & expectations

· Manage the real estate portfolio
