We are looking for a Timekeeper with the stated requirements:

Saudi male only

Minimum 2 years of experience

High school or diploma

The applicant must have good English language skills.

The job location is Jeddah

The Duties and Responsibilities:

To maintain the timesheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the computer.

To verify attendance, hours worked while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time earned.

To ensure timesheets are submitted and received by employees on time.

To prepare daily and monthly timesheets.

To perform daily administrative tasks.

The applicant must have strong computer skills; especially well versed with Microsoft Office and possession of basic mathematic skills (especially in excel)
