Head of Marketing

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Full time – Mid level

Industry: Healthcare 

Job summary: 

The Head of Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy. The Head of Marketing will lead all our marketing activities from social media, digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

– Developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

– Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

– Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

– Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material )

– Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

– Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

– Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

– Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Job requirements:

– 5+ years of relative professional experience preferably within our industry

– Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business

– Ability to lead and communicate effectively

– Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

– In-depth knowledge of big data analysis

– Being customer-centric

المميزات الوظيفية:

– يتم تحديد الراتب حسب المؤهل والخبرة.

– العمر من 25 – 40 سنة.

– للرجال لابد من وجود رخصة قيادة.

– إيجاد استخدام برامج .Microsoft Office

– مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية ( جيد ).
