A construction company in Riyadh is looking for an Executive Secretary (only Saudi)

Job Description:

•Reads and Routes memo, facsimiles, and emails. Locates and attaches appropriate documents to correspondence, for distribution to relevant person.

•Compose and type routine correspondence, memo, etc

•Coordinate and arrange meetings by preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities. Records and transcribes minutes of meeting.

•Review and summarize reports and documents.

•Organizes and maintains filing system and make sure that it is updated on a timely basis.

•Handling incoming and outgoing calls.

•Ensures timely and accurate (private/business) travel arrangements

•Ensures the operability and security of the office equipment, do preventive maintenance and arrange for repairs, etc

•Perform other special assignments as requested by the superior

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree/ higher diploma.

•At least 4 years of experience.

•Experience in office management skills, office equipment, and computer literate.

•Good command of English and Arabic Language (Spoken and written)

•Work Flexibility

•Must be Saudi
