We’re Hiring for a Sr. Accountant position with the below requirements :

Responsibilities:

1.           Handling accounting roles eg. AR, AP, GL, etc.
2.           Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
3.           Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing
4.           Perform costing and sales monitoring and controls
5.           Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
6.           Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
7.           Preparation of payment vouchers & journal entries &other transactions
8.           Working closely with operations and other Departments in analyzing variances and cost analysis
9.           Reconciliation of bank statements
10.         Cooperation with external auditors to carry out the annual audit
11.         Handling Letters of Credit and Banks facilities.
12.         Other financial management duties assigned by management.
13.         Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
14.         Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
15.         Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
16.         Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
17.         Help with monthly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
18.         Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
19.         Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
20.         Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, and providing ongoing training.
21.         Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
22.         Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
23.         Coordinate and complete annual audits.
